What to pack? From Uk!

I%26#39;m from northern UK, don%26#39;t get much heat here!

havnt a clue what to pack, dont mind dresses but not a shorts type of girl.

Are linen pants too much?

and what is suitable to wear on an evening, im not 21 yet so wont be hitting the clubs!

(please dont ask %26#39;well why the hell you going to Vegas?!%26#39; ... my boyfriend won the trip)

I%26#39;m old enough to drink etc but didn%26#39;t, nor did we gamble but still always have a great time!

When are you going? Linen trousers/dresses are fine - it%26#39;s a VERY casual place! the hotels are pretty cool because of the air conditioning, it will just be hot when you are outside!

Assume you won%26#39;t be clubbing because of your age so just keep it casual and comfy!

Pack your credit card - that way you can just buy anything you find out you need.

Personally, I wouldn%26#39;t worry too much about the heat. When it%26#39;s really hot, you don%26#39;t want to be outside anyway. Worry more about the sun. It%26#39;s brutal, especailly for those whose skin isn%26#39;t used to it. Think about hats, sunglasses, etc.

Definatley pack clothes you can layer, as said you could be warm/hot outside but need a light jacket or something inside the casino%26#39;s, they tend to keep them cool and is noticable when you go inside from off the street. The first time I went to Vegas was this time of year and did not even consider anything like lip balm or sun glasses, so needed to buy both. The dry air and the sun really dries your lips very quickly. We did think of sun block though and you will need it, it%26#39;s cheaper here, like any holiday place they charge $$ for things like that.

Just noticed no one has mentioned packing your most comfortable shoes, another must. If you take dressy shoes you may change your mind about wearing them when you find out just how much walking you will do.

The main thing to pack will be comfy shoes. Those Skechers mary janes with the diagonal strap across the foot are comfy as anything for all the walking about you will be doing.

For during the day just wear what you would wear on hols in Spain or Turkey or somewhere in the Med. Strappy vest, sun dress, cropped pants etc.

In the evening you can dress up a bit more if you like but there aren%26#39;t really any rules or guidelines. If you are just popping in and out of the casinos there is no need to dress up but if you are going to see a show or having a meal in a nice restaurant it is nice to put your gladrags and heels on and you wont feel out of place at all.

Like everyone else has said, make sure you take a cardi or a shrug or something in the evening because it can be cool under the airconditioning.
