Shopping before camping

We fly into Las Vegas for the start of our camping/hiking trip through Arizona, Utah and Colorado.

Where would the best place to shop in LV to pick up a few camping supplies that we won%26#39;t be bringing with us (gas canister for stove, cooler etc)? I thought maybe Walmart or Kmart but I%26#39;d appreciate any other suggestions. We will have a rental car so location is not really a problem, more what has the best prices and variety.

Also, what about groceries stores? Best price, best selection once again. I will also visit Whole Foods Market for some gluten free food. Does anyone know of any other places that have GF food?

I know, heaps of questions but I don%26#39;t want to drive around aimlessly!

Skip Bass... overrated and overpriced. Head to the Wally World (Wal*mart)

I cant bring myself to go to Walmart. If you want a store like that but with a little better clientele head to Target.
