I%26#39;d suggest you try and call. Some hotels do not answer their e-mails, so calling is the only way to go if you need an answer.

I seem to remember with previous online bookings that there was an email address on the booking confirmation - not the emailed bit, but the page you can access with your booking reference from the MGM website (if that makes any sense...)

Mind you, my last booking with them was about 10 months ago so it may have changed.

Sorry if that was as clear as mud...

If you go to the MGM Grand website, right down at the bottom is a link to ';my reservation';. If you click this then enter email address and booking reference it should take you to your reservation. As I said it is a while ago, but I have a feeling there was an email address on that page - I may be wrong, or they may have changed the page layout; I cannot check as I don%26#39;t have a current reservation.

Alternatively, I have just looked way back through my inbox and my reservation confirmation came from mgmres@lv.mgmgrand.com

Whenever I have questions for the hotels in Vegas I just pick up the phone. The call charges are very low from a BT landline.
