Go to the premium outlets. its a taxi journey away but has great deals. Addias trainers for $30 which are £90+ in England. go on the website www.premiumoutlets.com and sign up for the VIP club and you get even bigger discounts.
There is also the las vegas outlet center, i cant comment on this one as i havent been, but most posters prefer the premium outlets.
The fashion show mall is good value.
