NY NY or Mirage

Need some help choosing between New York New York or Mirage.

Impossible to really advise without knowing a little more about just who%26#39;s going on the trip and what you%26#39;re hoping to get out of it.

Having said all that Mirage is the superior property in virtually every category. If it%26#39;s going to be pool weather and a good pool is a big deal for you then Mirage has one of the best pool areas in Vegas and NYNY has one of the worst.

Mirage is pretty far above NYNY on the luxury scale. And the corporation that owns them both knows this and prices them accordingly.

Personally if I had a choice I can%26#39;t see any reason to stay at NYNY between the two. But they are 2 different locations. NYNY is very convienent to MGM, Excalibur, Luxor and Mandalay Bay. So that would be a plus if you are spending your time in that area. While Mirage is closer to TI, Wynn, Venetian, Caesars and Fashion Show Mall if you would prefer that area.

40 year old couple will be visiting Vegas in june for the 2nd time.

Mirage for sure, it is a much nicer property and it is located to other nicer properties ie Venetian, Palazzo and Wynn/Encore. You will love it! Have a great trip!

No question - The Mirage hands down. At the NY NY you could end up in a room whereby you hear the non stop roller coaster that goes thru the interior of the hotel to the outside and back. Mirage recently renovated their rooms and they are cool. Mirage is way ahead of the NY NY.

Dont know when you are going but check for the Mirage Volcano offers. I am going on one and got a GREAT rate on my room!
