Total Rewards Comps question please

Hello all,

I have a total rewards card that is yellow and is available to use for play at like 6 or 7 casinos, Caesar%26#39;s, Harrah%26#39;s, Imperial Palace, and not sure of the others... How can I find out my balance and if/how I qualify for any comps? Can somebody give me some expert advice please? Any other tips/tricks to use this card would be great...

Go to the Harrah%26#39;s or Flamingo web site and put in your total rewards number and pin number and go to my offers.

Or after you sign in put in some dates that you might want to go and see what comes up.

If nothing is discounted or comped try again another day. I already have a 5 night stay in Sept. and Dec. comped for 5 nights.

When you set up your online access, you will see two scores. The first is tier score and that goes towards your Platinum/Diamond/7star status.

The second is the Reward Credit Balance. That goes to comps. Every 100 points equals $1. At many Harrah%26#39;s outlets, especially buffets, they can deduct those points and apply it towards your bill. Or if you prefer to charge to your room, you can have apply your points your hotel bill. You can always go to the TR desk for help if you need extra help.

You can also see all that info when you insert your card in a slot or a card reader but it takes a little practice to decipher all the numbers. It will show your total balance and the points you earned that day.
