Last minute question about Mirage Rooms

My girlfriends and I have 3 regular rooms reserved at the Mirage. I know these are renovated and nice. If we get offered or pay for an upgrade are those rooms renovated? I dont want to upgrade if the rooms are not as nice. Or, is it better to have the space?

if you can get a Volcano or Pool view room - GO FOR IT!

we had a Volcano view in Feb and will have a Pool view in 9 days :)
