OK, seriously, if you want a free upgrade it%26#39;s going to depend on a lot of variables. How full the hotel is, what kind of room you%26#39;ve booked in the first place, even your mood and the mood of the employee you%26#39;re dealing with.

If there are upgrades available they are usually given to Diamond and Seven Star players.

My guess would be a small chance. Harrah%26#39;s has a lot of Diamond players (I don%26#39;t know why) stay at it and the best rooms are held for them. As they should be.
