Airport to hotel on the strip.

Just wondering if you can walk from the airport to the strip hotels ?

I%26#39;m a big walker and last two times I took a shutle bus. Only have a backpack.

Is this possible ?

Yes, it%26#39;s possible. The only thing that you should pay particular attention to is the temperature. It%26#39;s gets a bit warm sometimes. But what ever you do, walk or ride, don%26#39;t take the tunnel.

I%26#39;m also a walker - a few miles a day - I wouldn%26#39;t consider this since it is just unpleasant scenery and full of vehicle debri.

For cheap transport consider a bus - the CAT system website is user friendly. You can go to the SSTC and ride the duece up the strip or take a residential route. Both work, see what suits you.

you don%26#39;t say which strip hotel(s) - why plural - are you walking to more than one? The ';strip'; is miles long.

Possible? Probably-many things are possible in this world. Sensible-no! I am not at all sure the whole route is walker friendly as far as sidewalks, etc. are concerned. No matter what- it wouldn%26#39;t be a pleasant walk and it really makes no sense to me. You can walk all you want on the strip, downtown,etc. Why waste the time walking to a hotel?

Oh, I don%26#39;t mind walking . I have walked to all places on the strip to Freemont and beyond. Plus I get there early so...

If there%26#39;s a sidewalk, I will use it and spend that extra cash somehwere else in LV.
